01

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the trading evaluation programs, accounts, platforms, websites, and related services provided under the VOLT Trade Funding brand ("VOLT," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering, purchasing a Challenge, accessing a trading account, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms, the applicable Trading Rules, the Refund Policy, and, where applicable, the Funded Trader Agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use the services.

02

Eligibility

To participate in a VOLT trading program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or meet the applicable legal age requirement in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
  • Successfully complete required identity verification (KYC).
  • Participate only from jurisdictions in which VOLT lawfully makes the relevant service available.
  • Operate your account personally and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

VOLT may refuse registration or suspend access where necessary to comply with law, fraud prevention requirements, sanctions restrictions, or published eligibility criteria.

03

Trading Programs and Account Conditions

VOLT provides structured trading evaluation programs designed to assess trading performance, risk management, consistency, and compliance.

Each program may have different conditions, including:

  • Account size and trading objectives.
  • Profit targets for each evaluation stage.
  • Daily Drawdown and Maximum Drawdown limits.
  • Minimum trading days or successful trading days.
  • Consistency requirements.
  • Permitted instruments and trading conditions.
  • Funded Stage qualification and payout eligibility.

The applicable account specifications displayed before purchase form part of these Terms.

VOLT shall make the relevant calculation methods, deadlines, and breach conditions available in the account specifications. Changes to material conditions will not be applied retroactively to existing purchases without a lawful contractual basis.

04

Step 1 and Step 2 Challenge Evaluation

Where a Trader purchases a Two-Step Challenge, both evaluation stages must be completed successfully.

Step 1

The Trader must satisfy the applicable Step 1 trading objectives and comply with all trading and risk-management rules.

Step 2

Upon successful completion of Step 1 and approval to progress, the Trader must satisfy the applicable Step 2 objectives and remain compliant.

Completion of one stage alone does not qualify the Trader for a Funded Stage account or a Challenge Fee Refund.

Progression to the Funded Stage is subject to completing both stages, identity verification, account review, and compliance approval.

05

Trading Rules and Risk Management

All Traders must comply with the rules applicable to the account purchased, including:

5.1 Daily Drawdown

The Trader must not exceed the Daily Drawdown limit stated in the applicable account specifications.

5.2 Maximum Drawdown

The Trader must not exceed the Maximum Drawdown limit applicable to the purchased account.

5.3 Profit Targets

The Trader must achieve the required profit target for each evaluation stage within any applicable published evaluation period.

A target that has not yet been reached does not automatically constitute a breach while the account remains active and within its permitted evaluation period.

5.4 Consistency Rule

Where a Consistency Rule applies, the Trader's highest-profit trading day must not exceed the stated percentage of total qualifying profits.

5.5 Minimum Trade Duration

Scalping is permitted, provided each individual trade remains open for at least three minutes.

5.6 News and Position Holding

News trading, overnight trading, and weekend trading are permitted, subject to the account's other applicable risk-management and trading rules.

5.7 Automated Trading

Expert Advisors (EAs), automated systems, and VPS usage are permitted provided their use complies with all applicable account conditions.

06

Prohibited Trading Practices

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Account sharing, unauthorized third-party account operation, and trading through another person's identity.
  • Copy trading between accounts owned by different individuals.
  • Unauthorized account management or coordinated trading intended to circumvent program rules.
  • Manipulation or exploitation of pricing, platform errors, delayed data feeds, execution mechanisms, or technical vulnerabilities.
  • Fraudulent activity, deliberate system abuse, or attempts to bypass risk controls.
  • Any specifically prohibited trading strategy or technique clearly identified in the applicable Trading Rules provided to the Trader.

Additional strategy restrictions, including restrictions concerning arbitrage, high-frequency execution, excessive layered exposure, or manipulative trading patterns, apply only where included in the relevant account's published Trading Rules.

VOLT may investigate suspected violations using trading records and other reasonably relevant evidence.

Where a qualifying breach is confirmed, VOLT may terminate the affected account, subject to applicable law and the account conditions.

07

Copy Trading Policy

Traders may copy trades between their own accounts where all accounts are registered to the same verified individual and the trading activity complies with applicable rules.

Copy trading between accounts belonging to different individuals is prohibited.

Using another person's account, credentials, trading infrastructure, or unauthorized copy-trading arrangements may constitute a breach.

08

KYC and Account Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before the applicable trading account is issued.

VOLT may request additional verification before Funded Stage activation or payout approval.

The Trader must provide authentic identity documents and accurate account information.

Failure or refusal to complete mandatory verification may delay or prevent account activation, progression, or payment, subject to applicable law.

09

Account Breaches and Enforcement

An account may be classified as breached where trading activity violates a defined breach condition, including applicable drawdown limits or prohibited practices.

Following a confirmed account breach:

  • The affected Challenge or Funded Stage account may be terminated.
  • The Trader may lose eligibility to progress to the next evaluation stage.
  • Outstanding reward requests may be reviewed against the applicable Funded Trader Agreement.
  • The Challenge Fee Refund benefit will not be available where the relevant qualification conditions have not been satisfied.

VOLT will use reasonable evidence when determining account breaches and provide the Trader with an explanation of the applicable reason.

Traders may contact Support to dispute a suspected error or request a review.

10

Challenge Fees and Payments

The Trader must pay the applicable Challenge fee before receiving access to the purchased program.

Prices, applicable taxes, discounts, and mandatory additional charges will be disclosed at checkout.

Payment must be made through an authorized payment method.

A Challenge purchase does not guarantee successful evaluation, progression to the Funded Stage, or trading rewards.

11

Refund Policy

Challenge fees for Two-Step Challenge accounts are subject to the separate VOLT Trade Funding Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For eligible Two-Step Challenges:

  1. 1The Trader must successfully complete Step 1 and Step 2.
  2. 2The Trader must be approved to progress to the Funded Stage.
  3. 3Required KYC and compliance checks must be completed.
  4. 4The Trader must email VOLT to expressly request the Challenge Fee Refund.
  5. 5VOLT must review and approve the request.
  6. 6The approved refund, equal to 100% of the eligible Challenge fee actually paid, will be added to the Trader's first eligible, approved Funded Stage payout.

The Challenge Fee Refund is not automatic and is not paid separately from the qualifying Funded Stage payout.

The Trader must submit the request before the first eligible Funded Stage payout is processed.

Failure to complete either evaluation stage, or a qualifying trading-rule breach, disqualifies the Trader from this conditional Challenge Fee Refund benefit.

These provisions do not exclude any mandatory statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer protection rights.

12

Funded Stage Eligibility

Successful completion of Step 1 and Step 2 does not itself constitute final Funded Stage activation.

Activation is subject to:

  • Verification of trading results and compliance.
  • Successful KYC and any additional required verification.
  • Confirmation that all evaluation conditions have been met.
  • Acceptance of the applicable Funded Trader Agreement.

The nature of the Funded Stage account, including whether it involves simulated or live trading, shall be expressly disclosed in the relevant product specifications or Funded Trader Agreement.

13

Trading Rewards and Payouts

Funded Stage rewards are subject to the applicable reward-sharing arrangements, successful trading day requirements, and payout rules published for the selected account.

All payout requests are subject to compliance review.

VOLT may request additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify payout eligibility.

Payouts will be processed using an available, approved payment method. Processing times may vary depending on verification and the payment provider.

No payout is guaranteed merely because a Trader has purchased or completed a Challenge.

14

Platform Availability and Technical Issues

VOLT will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and proper operation of its services.

Technical disruptions, price-feed differences, connectivity failures, and third-party platform incidents may occur.

Traders should report suspected technical errors promptly, providing supporting trade records where available.

VOLT may investigate documented technical incidents and provide an appropriate remedy where required by the applicable agreement or law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15

Account Security

Traders must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and use reasonable security measures.

Suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly.

Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.

16

Risk Disclosure

Trading financial market instruments involves significant risk.

Historical or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

Participation in a VOLT Challenge does not guarantee successful completion, approval of a Funded Stage account, or receipt of any trading reward.

VOLT's services should not be treated as a guarantee of trading income or financial success.

17

Intellectual Property

The VOLT name, branding, platform content, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to VOLT and its respective rights holders.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to access the services for authorized purposes.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited.

18

Privacy and Data Processing

VOLT may process personal information for account administration, identity verification, trading compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and support.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and data protection laws.

19

Suspension and Termination

VOLT may suspend or terminate access where there are substantiated compliance breaches, fraud concerns, legal restrictions, or material violations of these Terms.

Where practicable and legally appropriate, VOLT will provide notice and an explanation of the action.

Termination does not extinguish any accrued rights or obligations that survive under applicable law.

20

Changes to Terms

VOLT may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product-related reasons.

Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

The terms applicable at purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a legally valid amendment applies.

21

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Applicable Jurisdiction], subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Traders should first contact VOLT Support to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before the courts or dispute-resolution bodies having jurisdiction under applicable law.
